Milligania stylosa is an uncommon alpine or high
subalpine native plant that is found in wet
places at Mt Field and in the South West. It grows in open
areas on peat, including shallow
peat on wet rocky areas. This species often grows near M.
lindoniana but is larger (up to
50cm tall with leaves up to 50 cm long) and has white
flowers.
