Drymophila (Alstroemeriaceae [formerly part of Liliaceae]) 4b:369   Drymophila cyanocarpa is a common and distinctive native species that grows in the understorey of wet forests virtually throughout Tasmania. Small plants have a single stem, while robust plants have a branched stem. The upper part of the stem and any branches are nodding with a row of flat leaves held horizontally. The flowers are cream and held underneath the nodding stem. The fruit is a conspicuous blue berry that hangs under the stem.
