| Anigozanthos
flavidus (kangaroo paw) is a common garden plant that
has become naturalised in a few places in Tasmania. It is a
large monocot, with long tough leaves (often about 1m long
and 1-2 cm wide), and conspicuous inflorescences of curved,
red, orange or yellow flowers. |
