Lycopodium
fastigiatum (mountain clubmoss) is common native
clubmoss that is widespread and abundant in alpine and
subalpine areas, but will occur under an open canopy at
lower altitudes. It has quite slender branches with slender,
upcurved, more-or-less spreading leaves.
