| Gleichenia
abscida (dwarf coral fern) is an uncommon native ground fern that
grows in open heathy vegetation in very wet locations in south-west
Tasmania. It is unusual among the Gleicheniaceae in that the fronds
are divided into two main branches (rather than the repeated
branching found in other species). |
