Halophila (Hydrocharitaceae) 4b:12
   
Halophila australis (sea wrack) is an uncommon sea grass. It has leaves with an elliptical blade up to 7cm long and 2 cm wide, on a petiole that is usually longer than the blade. It grows permanently submerged in sheltered bays.
