pumila (dwarf matcurrant) is a prostrate dioecious
alpine shrub with densely matted stems. The leaves are
numerous and elliptical-ovate, with acute or blunt apicies,
and typically a few hairs along the margins. The fruit is an
orange or red drupe distinguishing it from C.
moorei (blue matcurrant), with its blue fruit. |
