Tasmania has one native species of Stenanthemum (S.
pimeleoides, propeller plant). This is a rare,
prostrate shrub that can be found in dry rocky places in
eastern Tasmania. It has very small flowers, clustered in
heads surrounded by white, round leaf-like bracts.
