Helleborus
foetidus is a popular garden plant which has
become naturalised in a few parts of the state. It is a
perennial growing to 80 cm high and 100 cm across.
It has thick succulent stems and glossy leaves. The flowers
are yellowish-green, sometimes with a purple edge.
