Hakea megadenia (Proteaceae) not in The Student's Flora Hakea megadenia is a spreading shrub that occurs in scrub and riparian vegetation at low to moderate altitudes near the east coast.  It is almost indistinguishable from the more common species,  H. epiglottis, with which it sometimes co-occurs.
