Utricularia
dichotoma (fairies aprons) is a very common native
herb. It is a small plant with erect slender stems and
blue-purple flowers. It grows in wet peats throughout
Tasmania.
There are three subspecies: Utricularia dichotoma
subsp. monanthos was formerly known as U.
monanthos
