Passiflora tarminiana (banana passionfruit) is a vigorous climber with large, trilobed leaves and tendrils. It has become naturalised in a number of warm, frost free, relatively wet places (e.g. near the coast on King Island, and in places near the north and east coasts). The flowers are large, conspicuous and pink. The fruit is yellow and elongated. The contents are edible (and passionfruit flavoured) but slimy and less palatable (to my taste) than black passionfruit.
