Papaver rhoeas (Papaveraceae) 1:27

Papaver rhoeas (field or shirley or flanders poppy) is easily identified by the combination of its showy bright red flowers and hairless, deeply lobed leaves.

It is a largish and very common garden species that has become established in urban areas and also as a weed of cultivation.
