Notelaea (Oleaceae) 3:470 Native olive (Notelaea ligustrina) is a small tree that occurs in undisturbed forest, especially in wet pockets of eastern Tasmania. It has opposite, entire leaves and the stems and petioles often have a reddish tinge.
