| Yellow
poppy (Glaucium flavum) is an occasional weed in
eastern Tasmania that occurs on coastal sands. The very
distinctive features are the conspicuous yellow flowers, the
hairy, blue-grey leaves and the long, narrow capsules (often
10-15 cm long) with an arrow-head tip. |
