Dipsacus (Caprifoliaceae) 2:279

 

Tasmania has one introduced species of Dipsacus. Wild teasel (D. fullonum = D. sylvestris) is a large and common weed of roadsides and pastures. The leaves have rough surfaces and the flower heads are large and persistent, with obvious bracts.
