Malva neglecta (Malvaceae) 1:85 Malva neglecta (dwarf mallow) is a common and conspicuous weed. It is a mostly low growing herb that is common in lawns and waste areas. It is very easily confused with M. nicaeensis, which grows in similar places, but differs in the shape of the fruit.
