Marsupidium setulosum (Acrobolbaceae)

Marsupidium setulosum  is a moderately uncommon rainforest species which mostly grows epiphytically. The pale green leaves (particularly when dry) have a slight fold and are mildly lobed. In that respect M. setulosum resembles Acrobolbus cinerascens. The latter species is smaller and usually slightly deeper green. The whitish bristle-like protuberances (papillae) on the stem of M. setulosum also distinguishes it from all other Acrobolbaceae.
