Trifolium repens
(white clover) is a widespread and
common, prostrate herbaceous weed with trifoliate leaves.
The leaves are on long petioles and are hairless. The
leaflets are about as wide as long, almost circular or
somewhat wider above the middle, 6-40 mm long by 10-30 mm
wide. The flowers are white, yellow or pink and in heads
that are about 15-35 mm long and wide.
