Acacia
saligna (Fabaceae) not in The Student's Flora

Acacia saligna has become naturalised in a few places
in the south-east of the state.
It is a shrub or tree 2-6 m high often with pendulous leaves
which are 8-25 cm long and 4-29 mm wide (often much larger
towards the base of the plant). The bright
orange-yellow, spherical flower heads contain 25-50
tiny flowers.
