| Euphorbia
paralias (sea spurge) is a common weed of sandy
coasts. It grows on the fronts of dunes on all but the most
exposed of parts of beaches. It is becoming a serious
environmental weed, spreading rapidly south along the west
coast. It has very erect stems which branch little above the
base. |
