Rhododendron (Ericaceae) 2:418 Rhododendron ponticum has become naturalised in some cool, wet forest areas of Tasmania. It is a common garden ornamental shrub or small tree with large, glossy, alternate leaves and conspicuous pinkish to bluish flowers in terminal clusters.
