Hibbertia
doleritica is a rare, endemic species found only on
dolerite soils near Richmond. It is a low growing plant up
to 35 cm high,with branches up to about 60 cm long. The
branches are covered with short, clustered hairs and
scattered simple hairs. The leaf upper surface has
short hairs pointing towards the tip and the lower surface
has clustered hairs. The leaf tip is blunt with a terminal
tuft of hairs.
