Vittadinia
gracilis (woolly new-holland-daisy) is a rare
perennial native herb of dry places on dolerite and basalt,
often in the understorey of dry sclerophyll forest. It is a
small erect herb (to about 40cm tall) with narrow leaves and
small, but quite conspicuous flower heads. The leaves are
very narrow wedge shaped and only about 5mm long. It has a
distinctly greyish appearence
