Hydrocotyle pterocarpa (Apiaceae) 2:246 Hydrocotyle pterocarpa (winged pennywort) is an uncommon, moderate sized, prostrate herb with round leaves about 1-2 cm wide. It is found near water courses. It is quite similar to Hydrocotyle hirta, which is a hairier species that grows in wet forest.
